Attendance & Timetable Tracker

Terms of Service

Effective July 15, 2026

By downloading, installing, or utilizing MARK, you explicitly agree to follow the terms frameworks listed below. These rules ensure a secure, structured utility experience for all student tracks.
01 Acceptance of Framework

These guidelines represent a standard binding agreement between you and the application architecture. If you do not completely agree with any specific item, you retain full choice to discard or uninstall the app interface instantly.

02 Scope of Feature Utility

MARK grants you an individual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the scheduling grids, calendar manipulation trackers, and daily log tools for your non-commercial academic needs.

Any automated reverse-engineering or structural scraping of the app components is strictly prohibited.
03 Optional Cloud Authentication

If you elect to initiate the optional cloud authentication layer to sync data sets across multi-device systems, you accept responsibility for managing the safety tokens and security keys tied to your device account.

04 Service Modifications

The architecture continuously evolves to adapt to realistic college operational updates. We reserve the absolute operational right to refine interface mechanics, remove feature variations, or adjust themes to maintain top performance metrics.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

MARK is provided strictly on an "as-is" framework. While we strive to support flawless logs, we give no absolute guarantee that data entry processing states will always be free from system fluctuations.
